I came out as trans while at Goldman Sachs. Here are 5 things I learned that can help make workplaces more welcoming for transgender people.

I'm a frequent public speaker, and inevitably one of the questions I get asked is what can be done to make workplaces more welcoming for transgender people., I was wildly excited, but I was also petrified.
