UPDATE: A woman has died from her injuries after she was shot multiple times at a gas station near downtown, according to officials.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner confirmed the woman’s death on Sunday. Her identity has not yet been released.

The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. Saturday at a Valero gas station in the 900 block of W Hildebrand Avenue.After further investigation, police said the woman and the suspect arrived at the gas station in the same vehicle before the shooting happened.Police said the suspect left the scene before officers arrived and is still on the run.More on KSAT:
