The vulnerability affected personal information such as health insurance policy numbers, addresses and phone numbers, but did not affect social security numbers, according to the administrative services company.

Maximus Health Services, Inc., which provides administrative services to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Long-Term Living, announced in a press release third-party software it uses called “MOVEit” has been compromised.
