Actor Jerry Williams has finally addressed the reports trailing his suspension by AGN over drug abuse In June, the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), in a statement, confirmed the indefinite suspension of Williams over alleged drug usage. According to a statement by AGN’s National President, Mr Emeka Rollas, MON, the body had been monitoring Jerry’s involvement in illicit substances since last December, until it got out of hand. \ It said the actor couldn’t be allowed to associate with other performers on set to avoid endangering their lives. He was therefore ‘suspended indefinitely until he got a clean bill of health from a medical practitioner or a professional that handles drug abuse’. Addressing the issue during an Instagram Live session, the film star refuted claims of his involvement in illicit substances.
