Our health care never was free. And it was the greatest con job of the 20th century that lives on today in media hype. Working Canadians are hosed through exorbitant taxes to fund a system that denies them timely access. Americans pay for their health care through direct billing. Canadians pay for their health care through long wait times, pain and death in the queue.As a senior, I’m getting tired of watching everybody else getting handouts except … you guessed it … seniors.
My vote can’t be bought however. I’m not stupid enough to think that this Liberal government gives a damn about me or my family.
