Other proposed features include a fitness center, penthouse lounge, shared office space, a rooftop deck, a shared lobby and a parking deck with about 30 spaces.the proposal at 6:30 p.m. today during a regularly scheduled meeting. Global Ocean had proposed to redevelop the facility into a luxury apartment building with 288 units, later lowering that number down to 200. Other plans included a rooftop level with a bar and an outdoor heated pool, a restaurant in one of the courtrooms, a “speakeasy” called the “Boiler Room”, a health club, a co-working space, and meeting and conference rooms.
