Bryony Duthie fell ill with pneumonia on holiday and her medical bills have reached an eye-watering £42,000

The family of a Scots teen left in a coma after developing pneumonia while on holiday in Spain have smashed their £80,000 fundraising goal.

Updating people on the GoFundMe page on Saturday, mum Stephanie, 37, said: “I went up to see B this afternoon. The doctor said they were going to attempt again to get Bry out the coma. “I know this takes time but my girl needs home to her own doctors who have looked after her since birth. I am absolutely crushed, every organ in my body is shaking 24/7. This is a living hell. It is breaking my heart to see tubes coming from everywhere on her body.
