"All EUA issued by the FDA pursuant to Executive Order No. 121 shall remain valid for a period of one year from the date of lifting of the State of Public of Public Health Emergency for the sole purposes of exhausting the remaining vaccines," it added. Proclamation 922 also stated that the public health emergency declaration would remain in force until lifted or withdrawn by the President.
