Becca Holland, health coach and owner of 'Health with Holland' with a following of 514k on Instagram, specialises in crafting hormone-balancing meals by optimising gut health, understanding cycle syncing, peri and post menopause and everything you need to balance your hormones

In the pursuit of lifelong hormone balance, it's clear that the outdated "eat less and exercise more" fat loss model falls short.

Eager to expand her expertise, she pursued a health promotion degree at Maastricht University between 2014 and 2015, "Starting my own business wasn't initially on my radar, so I continued teaching. However, in 2020, everything changed. I felt compelled to establish my own venture focused on hormone balance for women."

Racking up 514k followers on Instagram, Becca said: "In September 2022, I began sharing my journey on social media, and to my great fortune, my business 'Health with Holland' took off." "It is not an ideal state to approach weight loss. That is why so many women lose and regain weight." "It is so important to weave some stress management into your days even if that is just some deep breathing, a five minute sit down with a cup of tea, going to bed earlier, or having a nice morning routine. The little things go a long way to help your body feel relaxed and safe" she added.
