who can sleep nine hours per day? I found this article not very scientific

Fascinating article about the importance of sleep and why it's so vital for our health.🤔But now I'm worried because I suffer from insomnia.😟

. From a spiritual perspective, sleep is not only for the rejuvenation of body and brain, but also for returning to the most subtle core of our Being, the timeless “I Am”. But most sleep these days does not go beyond the thick fog of mass consciousness. .

I wish the Guardian would stop trotting out this article again and again in various guises. WE KNOW. And we also can't do anything about it.

Difficult when doing night shifts!

That doesn’t work for me.

Of course we need more sleep but not easy for insomniacs and to be told of all the damage we are doing to ourselves doesn't help either! There is a difference between being able to get more sleep by changing your sleeping habits & an inability to sleep full stop.

Yes. It’s an official access and for me it doesn’t cost any extra. I just removed a person who pretends to be my friend. The fake is not acceptable for me. That’s all.
