Jordan Brook best known for being on the cast of TOWIE, has taken to Instagram to share his incredible fitness transformation.
“Always been slightly embarrassed of the throwback photos, but today I thought f*ck it, that’s old me, use it for motivation,” he says. He wrote against the second picture: "Come a long way from the good old days," with a beer emoji and a laughing face. The happy couple were seen kissing each other as they left a showing of We Will Rock You on 5 June, and even sported matching tans and co-ordinated outfits.
