A number of supermarkets have recalled products from their shelves due to health and safety concerns

. Lidl, Tesco and Home Bargains have all pulled items from stores in recent weeks, reports Liverpool Echo.

You also don't need a receipt to return the affected item.Home Bargains Home Bargains is recalling the Sci-Mx Nutrition Ultra Muscle Strawberry Flavour, due to high levels of caffeine being found in the product.

"Individuals with a mental health condition caffeine can experience worsened psychosis and result in the need for higher amounts of medication. Caffeine can reduce how well your antipsychotic medications work. The product could be a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.
