This week’s 'No Bake Cake' recipe was kindly sent in by InYourArea reader Sahiti. Her culinary creation is a healthier version of cake but with a similar taste and aroma.

3 tablespoons of sugar or 2 tablespoons of honey First, in a mixer jar add the milk, egg, rose petals, two small scoops of wheat and ragi flour, oil, sugar, three slices of multigrain bread and pour in a little water.Switch the stove on to a medium flame and heat the pan. Once heated, add two glasses of water and let it boil for some time.

Now take two small bowls and cup cake-sized grease-proof paper. Put the paper inside the two small bowls and grease them with a few drops of oil.Close the lid and let it steam for around 15 to 20 minutes. Then switch off the stove and once it has cooled down the cake is ready to serve.Ragi flour is primarily a powder food made out of Ragi grain and is also known as 'finger millet'If you have tried this recipe let us know how you got on in the comments.
