Billy Joel had an interesting reaction to a medical emergency in the crowd at yesterday's BST Hyde Park.

Last night The Piano Man – aka, Billy Joel –the bangers like Piano Man, We Didn’t Start the Fire, Vienna, She’s Always a Woman, and even – in a twist no one was expecting – brought out Joe Jonas for Uptown Girl.about him still, and his voice hasn’t wavered one bit.

As well as classic songs, another thing Billy has buckets of is humour, as throughout the evening saw him bantering the crowd with a lick of self-depreciating humour and a fair fewBut there was one moment last night when Billy’s joke landed with a fist-in-your-mouth kind of laughter, rather than an easy breezy giggle.

In between songs, the crowd at the front seemed to be shouting at the stage. Distracted, Billy asked: ‘Has somebody passed out? Is there a medical emergency?’The 74-year-old rocked the night away, and made jokes throughout ‘Does somebody need help?’ he continued, and the security staff are seen hopping into the crowd to help.
