In an update on social media, Saoirse's mum Roseanna updated followers on their latest trip to the consultant in Dublin.She wrote: "We took a little trip to Crumlin on Wednesday for a meeting with Saoirse's consultant.The 11-year-old was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called osteosarcoma, which she has been battling for over three years and which resulted in the loss of her leg in 2019.
On April 9 this year, Saoirse's mum shared the devastating news on her Instagram page that a tumour had returned, but bravely described it as a "bump in the road."
