Would you call a 3 fold increase in the price of a hospital building and as a result many other projects cancelled for years some of it much needed diagnostic equipment careless spending ?
“Careless” is not the appropriate word for properly remunerating professionals who provide skilled educated care to patients, aswell as TLC.
How about careless spending elsewhere? Is it less problematic?
