Michael Drusinsky and Dr. James Voos cut the ribbon June 27 opening the UH Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute at Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood. BEACHWOOD, Ohio -- The ribbon was cut June 27 officially opening University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center’s UH Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute.

He tore his rotator cuff in 2014 and, after it was repaired surgically, he tore it once more in 2016. “Our solution was to treat the torn and damaged tissue using a minimally invasive arthroscopic technique,” Gillespie stated in a UH news release. In addition, the emergency department is nearly doubling in size for a total of 43 ED beds -- 36 treatment rooms, five fast track rooms and two trauma bays.
