Digital media shouldn't be the enemy. It's an empowering tool, but it needs to be used properly. Like a healthy diet, we need to provide our children with a balance of activities – real world and digital. That's why we created EpicAdventures – to rebalance kids screen-time.

I don't think that it's a matter of advice but common sense?Tech keeps you awake at night and using mobiles at a dinner table is not very polite. Less time in front of a mobile phone means more imagination. I would not like to be a child in this crazy world. 🤔

On the upside simply advice that most engaged parents/carers already follow. Downside those who need it won’t read it. Time for gov to put its money where it’s rhetoric is. License big SocialMedia companies & red circle the money for MentalHealth Education & SocialCare

Good step

There is an element of parental responsibility here, parents need to understand what their children are doing. I have software on my kids phones that restricts what they have access to and I pay for the mobile. Until they are 18 that's the rule. Simples.

by not giving them mobiles that can connect to the internet
