Hey Sky. It's not unusual (up here in Brisbane and surrounding areas) for Ambulances having to take patients out of the area or adjoining hospitals.
My wife (due to patient inflow numbers) recently was in a SEQ hospital and the main doctor had 20 patients being admitted thus resulting in a junior doctor having to give partial report on her discharge. The pressure on hospitals is in need of urgent attention.
The quality -healthcare SEQ region has been going downhill under ALP rule and yet; where's the debate on the intake immigration numbers. I know that infrastructure is in crisis and it's hard to close the gate after questionable decisions/policies have opened it.
Happening everywhere. That's all thanks to over population via immigration.
