FDA is only restricting the 'additive' of CBD oil into foods that has been prepared ...it relates to food, candies, coffees but NOT related to the CBD infused sports drinks and waters as I understand the rule
CBD is a non psychoactive component of sativa which has proven health and pain relieving benefits...likely to replace opioids soon now that its been legalized, but the FDA is treating it as if it were THC or had some effect of THC which it does NOT the FDA needs 2 explain this
