From the time a child can hold a device they are given a phone or iPad to placate them. That's why people no longer know how to communicate face to face.
No need for this. You can't replace the responsibility of parents by transferring it to companies. Sure the government will fuck it up like in the case of the copyright act Article13. Teach your kids to use media correctly. Government should better offer classes for parents.
