'He says the drug he takes is keeping him alive, so this is just his way of giving back'

A Co Down man has set off on a challenge which would put many off - but after a cancer diagnosis three years ago, he's not letting anything come in his way.

"He is in the Mourne Mountain Rescue Team and he wrote a book called Cassie's Challenge, and all proceeds from the book went to the Mountain Rescue Team. It was 50 mountains. It's still on the go and people would do that challenge. "He is still undergoing treatment, and would get a chemo tablet every day. That will be for the rest of his life. My daddy is just the best man ever. He has a granddaughter, Pixie, who is just his world. He would do anything for the community, and is out three or four times a weekend with the rescue service. He doesn't stop!
