Increasing your fibre is very costly now. $3 for a head of lettuce, $5 for a head of cauliflower and so on. I feel we are getting more like the depression era. Just like they did, more and more are doing without fresh produce due to not being able to afford it.

Depends if monstanto or a shell corporation sprayed them with Cancerous pesticides. Should be stated so the consumer k owns where their products come from. We have ingredients tags, why not origin and chemicals used?
