Prioritize your tasks and focus on the most important ones. Delegate tasks when possible to reduce your workload and create more time for personal activities. Don't take on more responsibilities than you can handle. Learn to say “no” when your plate is already full. Identify productivity peaks—when you are most productive—and schedule your most important tasks during those times.
