BECAUSE of water and sanitation issues facing evacuation centers in Albay for residents fleeing the eruption of Mayon Volcano, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) has activated the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) subcluster and is also coordinating with the Department of Health (DoH).
