Recoveries climbed by 1,283 to 4,077,348, indicating the third straight day of over 1,000 new recovery cases, while the death tally was unchanged at 66,481. Broken down in terms of provinces and cities, Quezon City had the most cases with 1,058, followed by Cavite with 930, Iloilo with 784, Bulacan with 699, and Laguna with 662.
