A man is in hospital after an early-hours 'stabbing' on a Scots street

Emergency crews raced to Kettlehills Crescent in Aberdeen after receiving reports of the street attack at 3.05am today. Paramedics attended and a 23-year-old man was found seriously injured.

He was raced to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where is current condition is unknown. Police say inquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the blade incident remain ongoing.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.05am on Saturday, June 10, police were called to a report of a 23-year-old man seriously assaulted in Kettlehills Crescent, Aberdeen. Police and Ambulance attended and the injured man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
