Christophe Bariou, entrepreneur and non-showbiz boyfriend of Nadine Lustre, bared his battle with cancer on social media.
Christophe felt fear, anger, and frustration upon the discovery, “Why is this happening to me? Why me? I felt so full of life and suddenly finding out I had a couple weeks left to live was devastating… to say the least.” In France, Christophe’s doctors found out that he had a “very rare type of lymphoma” and that “it was so rare they had no statistics of survival”.Christophe lauded his doctors’ efforts in offering him the “best treatments available from the leading cancer research center in Europe” which was also “free of charge thanks to the rights the French fought for”.
