By buying lots of cans of air freshener I expect!

I love eating above average amounts of veg every day, but this diet is no good for me as allergic to fish and milk x

🤮

BBCWorld Nanny state can go do one we eat what we want

Bbc told everyone there will be no veg and salad so how can we do this diet.

The words “Learn to like” suggests this will be forced upon us...

Where are the tofu and beans grown in the UK in the cold season? If they are flown halfway around the world, how is that saving the planet?

More fodder for the shame culture.

We are doing it. No problems!

Hilarious

Stop uneducated people. What is destroying our planet is not the way we eat. Who’s destroying our planet are the greedy you’ll cover up every single times there’s in the wrong. Drilling, fracking, bombing, and killing our planet life.

Soy destroys the environment and makes men into estrogen fueled cry babies. Eat meat that is ethically farmed to actually help the environment instead of clinging to the coattails of some outdated eugenics mantra that there are 'Too many People'

Ah yes, because they aren’t cutting down forests in South America to grow your silly crops. Plant based food will not save the planet (it doesn’t need saving anyway), nor will green subsidies and tariffs and quotas. Improvements in technology will do that.

No because veg is pretty disgusting

Eating for health is OK.But when we think about millions of poor who are struggling to get food for survival these things are not important

no more meat, less veg to save the planet.

My daughter’s violin teacher years ago said to one his students,”You’re a vegetarian, aren’t you?” “Yes,” she said, “How do you know?”.”Pasty faced and bad tempered.” Was his reply.

BBQ even in the winter. Takeaway on family birthdays. Fresh veg from grocer, fresh meat from butchers steer clear of supermarket for such items as more costly and less fresh. Everything in moderation and move more. Ditch the telly and gadgets and get outside.

You've heard of the Carnivore Diet, right?

Why don’t we eat the vegans? It reduces the amount of people on Earth, reducing climate damage and it saves animals.

Eat shit - 10 billion flies can't be wrong! 😂

I never met a vegetarian who was healthy. They all seemed to suffer from perpetual colds and flu.

Balance is key too much of anything is bad for you. Nothing can replace meat and fish we need it in our diet to form part of that balance. Diets of any kind need careful planning and its wrong to encourage vegan and vegetarian diets as their very hard to impossible to balance.

Don't know if its the before or after diet but, the girls look a bit thin & pasty - anemic maybe.

If the family watched Earthlings perhaps they wouldn’t find it so difficult to follow a vegan regime. Humans are always thinking about themselves and their tastebuds all to the devastation of animals and the planet

No

It's no big deal, millions of vegetarians/vegans have been eating this diet (minus the meat) very happily for donkey's years. Btw, we don't need to save the planet - it'll be fine when we've gone.

Our diet is not Planetary each human group has developed unique set of genes for certain environment and food type. Eskimos can eat kilos of pure fat and do not digest lactoze that well, Northerners had meat during winter as source of food and south more tolerant to alcohol etc.

Visit the new miamiburgeruk restaurant in Reading (Oracle centre). You can have burgers without compromising on taste. Some meat eaters are visiting without realising it's plant based!

Your daughters don't look to healthy to me.

We eat mostly chicken dishes and virtually every meal has vegetables. Sausages once a week, mince dish once a week and the occasional takeaway or fast food. It’s not particularly radical!
