You know, to be honest with you here, This is not a big surprise at all. There is a difference at hospitals between if you have, Or not any insurance private or otherwise, Treatment is different, how long you are in and out, The tests, prescriptions, it already is two tier now.

This already exists between WorkBC and physicians but at least I get my choice of physician. If ICBC is paying a physician to “assess” someone, depending on assessments can they also drop you?
