I just hope he's appreciating of all the women - nurses, doctors, allied health - who've place their children in quality childcare, to pursue the years of training he has been a beneficiary of.

Do not be too afraid. My husband went through this exact experience 14 years ago. The scar on his cheek has all but faded and he is still hale and hearty though somewhat older! His was also the invasive kind but the surgeons did a wonderful job. I hope yours will also not return.
