It was learnt that the “Obidient” supporter was not expected at the Magistrate Court on Tuesday, as the hearing on his case was slated to continue today . But, when he was arraigned before the Abuja court on Wednesday, the trial judge, Magistrate Abdulazeez Ismail Muhammad, subpoenaed the Controller General of the Nigerian Correctional Service, NCoS, as well as the Head and Chief Medical Officer of the Kuje Correctional Centre, to appear in court on Friday , for disobeying the court’s order on the Chief Medical Officer of Kuje Prison to “provide his opinion in writing as to the state of mind of Uja, who is said to be mentally-challenged.
