The Hastings Prince Edward Public Health Headquarters, on North Park Street in Belleville. Acting medical officer of Health Dr. Ian Gemmell told a meeting of the Hastings Prince Edward Board of Health on Wednesday that “there is a good foundation of protection by immunization now but it does fade over time.

”“But most importantly for the the people who are most high risk which is the elderly and people with, medical, chronic medical conditions. I have not heard for sure but I can’t imagine that we wouldn’t be having another campaign in the autumn to provide protection during respiratory seasons.”He notes that the prevalence of the coronavirus has lessened but people need to be aware and keep vaccinated since can come back.
