The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office said Monday that tech executive Bob Lee had alcohol, cocaine and ketamine in his system.

The medical examiner also said Lee, 43, was gasping for breath and without a pulse when first responders found him with three stab wounds; the Cash App founder underwent more than three hours of medical treatments before he was pronounced dead.

Lee, who moved from the Bay Area to Miami last year, was visiting San Francisco on the morning Momeni allegedlyin SF’s Rincon Hill neighborhood. Lee called 911 at 2:36 a.m. and said he was stabbed, according to the report. Medics arrived on scene at 2:40 a.m. and began CPR; Lee “was noted to be unconscious, pulseless, with agonal breathing,” the report said. After being intubated, Lee was reportedly rushed to San Francisco General Hospital. Arriving in the emergency room at 3 a.m.

“The thoracotomy revealed two injuries to the heart that were closed with staples,” the report said. “The aorta was cross clamped and intracardiac massage was started, as well as intracardiac epinephrine.” Further treatments were provided before Lee was pronounced dead at 6:49 a.m., the medical examiner said.

Momeni was arrested at his Emeryville residence April 13 and faces murder charges with a special enhancement because a knife was reportedly used in the crime. He’s expected to appear for an arraignment at the Hall of Justice on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.; his lawyer, Paula Canny, has said that heProsecutors said that Lee, Momeni and Momeni’s sister, Khazar Elyassnia, were out with friends and partying the day before the stabbing.
