The RNC says the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled the death of a 25-year-old man in Sebastian Court on the weekend as a homicide.RNC were called to the residential area around 1:30 Sunday morning to find an injured man lying on the ground. The man was pronounced dead in hospital.
