A former assistant band director at Central Dauphin High School has been put into a work release program for downloading child porn. Stephen Gugoff, 41, of Harrisburg, will serve 11 to 22 months in the program at Dauphin County Prison for downloading hundreds of photos and videos of children being raped.allows inmates to live on the prison’s campus while working in the community under supervision.
