MyApp: My Mental Health was curated by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and offers self-management resources on a range of mental health matters including anxiety, eating disorders, stress and self-harm.Ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week beginning on Mau 15, it is known that one in six adults in the UK has a mental health disorder, with anxiety and depression being the most common.

“All the resources used in the app are from approved NHS sources, so users and clinicians alike can be assured that the advice being offered is evidence-based and appropriate.
