200 boys undergo circumcision during QC medical mission

Operation Tuli, organized by the Knights of Columbus Council 7178 Cathedral Parish of the Good Shepherd in Fairview was spearheaded by Jerome P. Juanengo and was carried out in cooperation with the Fairview barangay officials headed by Jonel Quebal and the Barangay Council and Cathedral Shrine and Parish of the Good Shepherd under Rev. Fr. Antonio Labiao, Jr.

The K of C Council 7178 also partnered with Philippine CollectiveMedia Corporation and Tingog party-list, through Rep. Yedda Marie Romualdez and Rep. Jude Acidre, as part of their community service. circumcision. According to GK Juanengo, circumcision does not only mark the transition of a boy to being a man but more importantly, it is also part of good hygiene.The operations were handled by volunteer medical professionals from UST Hospital, Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, FEU Hospital and East Avenue Medical Center.
