"Please be informed that due to a technical glitch in Twitter, which was also experienced by some entities and organizations globally, the Department of Health's official twitter account was renamed to 'Vela Exchange' for a short period," the agency said in a statement. “The DOH has swiftly acted upon the matter. Hence, our official account has already been reverted to ‘Department of Health,’ and is now being closely monitored by our official platform managers,” it added.
