Prosecutors all across the country fail to enforce gun laws. Cops can arrest a drug dealer with a gun and prosecutors may charge the drugs and ignore the gun possession charge claiming the “other charge is enough”. Thus, the FULL extent of gun crimes and illegal guns is unknown.
