Coleen Nolan has shared a rant with fans as she admits to feeling 'really down' sometimes and not wanting to speak to anyone or get dressed.
The caption of the video read: "Sometimes it's just nice to have a little rant and that's ok….aaaaaand breathe!"In the video, Coleen said: "What you need to remember is that these Col's Corners take minutes really for me to go on with myself, probably boring the hell out of you but, I enjoy it. However, I'm not always happy.
"Because, contrary to what some people believe, celebrities - and I use that term loosely - are humans. I do have down days, as much as my Col's Corner's are very much like - don't worry everything is fine - sometimes it's not. "I feel young, today is one of those days when I'm having a rant, leave me alone. There is still life in the old dog yet and she is going to live it."
