Miles Ocampo disclosed that she underwent surgery and has to undergo another medical procedure after being diagnosed with a thyroid problem. | APasajolINQ

After experiencing such symptoms, Ocampo consulted a doctor, then underwent ultrasound and biopsy.

She was initially given the choice to have the surgery after a few months, but was later informed that she had to do it right away. Ocampo further revealed that because of the surgery, she needed to cancel her prior commitments at the time including her guesting at the ABS-CBN variety show “ASAP.”She then thanked her family and her talent agency Crown Artist Management for taking good care of her, and credited her boyfriend, actor Elijah Canlas, for encouraging her to share her medical condition to the public.
