Gloria Hunniford has opened up about returning to work following a health scare at Christmas, which saw her rushed to A&E by ambulance.
However, following her first operation, where the kidney stones were removed under general anaesthetic, Gloria began to feel unwell. As she began to come round from her second surgery, she was told she was being transferred to a different hospital due to low blood pressure.Speaking to the Mirror, she said she felt like somebody has "put a tap" in her body and "just drained all the energy". Gloria was later informed by doctors that she had sepsis of the kidney.
Gloria slowly began to recover but did lose her appetite and suffered from low energy despite mainly resting and sleeping.
