I really believe judges should have the options to force these people who drain the money from taxpaying people the option of forcing them to pay for their schemes. It's sad Americans throughout the Country keep paying.
This is a delight to see someone being held responsible for the Flint Water Contamination. In addition to getting off 'scott free' with a 'no contest' plea, these people should relinquish their money to fix the water. I guess this judge wants the people to pay again.
