🙌 Same here 🙌 I have a sedentary job coupled with a congenital heart defect. I started out with small things: quiet walking, then walking longer distances, then adding resistance & new activities... I can’t quite RUN, but I’m no longer scared of the Stair Master. Love it!

Remember when you were a kid? You played! You didn’t exercise! Go have fun swimming, dancing, laughing, climbing, running, skating and biking. Play everyday!

I’m committed to lifting in 2019.

Supplement manufacturers and fitness professionals want you to believe that you need their products and services to be successful, but you don't. You just need knowledge and commitment.

You don't have to spend hours doing anything. Even 150 minutes of exercise per week is substantial. You can make progress with strength training only three times a week with a proper program. It's not as difficult as it's made out to be.
