Yes because every day we read a different article on a different diet that the media claims we should be trying.

Full of shit if you include the Ketogenic diet. Started keto April 6th. ZERO exercise, down 45 pounds. Cholesterol is best ever been, inflammation at zero. The problem with 'diets' is that information we all receive is biased, paid for my COCA COLA and other sugar laden products

Get enough exercise. Enough physical activity should make a person gravitate towards healthier foods that better fuel physical activity. 😊

All Diets work, providing you are in a calorie deficit or surplus. Deficit to lose weight, surplus to gain weight. Its that simple folks....

Nope. Been on a reduced calorie diet (1700-1800 cals on a 60:20:20 basis in favour of protein) since October and have lost 2 stone (c. 13kgs). Exercise in the gym twice weekly.
