OMG yes please Dems promote “Healthcare For All” which makes healthcare worse for all, costs trillions and isn’t what Americans want. Americans WANT ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE FOR ALL. (If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor.)

The problem is if they get what they want, they're going to be disappointed.
What advantage? There’s no chance a split Congress will approve any major expenditures and the States certainly cannot afford to offer poorly conceived plans like “single-payer”... LOL.
