ScholtzSusan Selection and preparation for mediocrity. Clear admission of inferiority. An insult to black people.

🙄🙄😳😳

And they wander about the 'coloured' lack of interest in tertiary. The unequal intake in races is racism, so little expectation for the so called 'Coloured People'. Sies!

Shocking.

We have seen a lot of blacks being blocked from specializing in KZN, it's like a cult. I'm glad govt is finally putting its foot down. Most of white specialize leave as soon as they qualify to private sector (fact) they just pay the penalty or work the minimum pay back time n go

Nothing wrong with that

What a shame.

Doctors wanting to specialise face roadblock in KwaZulu-NatalThe KwaZulu-Natal health department expanded its registrar programme - which trains doctors to become specialists - this year from 314 to 414, but aimed to fill the 100 new posts with only black candidates. I am sick of equity targets! The people of this country deserve a good health care service and if there are good doctors and nurses out there they should be employed for the sake of our people who need care now not tomorrow! Qoutas again? Why not just train 414 doctors to do the work required and keep them to a fixed contract? Support them as far as possible to retain them in the system? Their skills are sorely required.

Nursing union gives health department ultimatum on placing of nursesThe Democratic Nursing Organisation of SA (Denosa) has accused the department of health (DOH) of misleading the public about its plans to fill nursing vacancies. The answer is =we are voting ppl who are stealing money which is meant for service delivery secondly nurses hv unions who are ANC affiliates who always convince them to keep on voting for ANC lastly non of government officials use public hospitals Problem is nurses in hospital have reduced their job descriptions to being admin staff and gossip the whole day. I mean nurses can't even put a stupid drip anymore, they don't give meds on time to patients, they can't even do basic first aid to distressed patients. DENOSAORG seemed to b th only Union representing nurses tht really cares about nurses unlike nehawuNW who ar always quiet only surfacing izinto masezivuthwa, myb if thy can only stop sharing bed wth MYANC and start representing workers nehawuNW stop being political party
