Any clues as to how us ileostomates can eat a highfibre diet? Doubly unfair that I have bowelcancer when previously I ate a hugely healthy, organic high fibre diet bowelcanceruk stoma ileostomy healthyeating nhs

This is a very misleading headline

Healthy eating in good for you shocker

The headline is dangerous. Low carb doesn't mean low fibre. More specifically a low starchy carb diet is extremely high in fibre.

Low carb is not low fibre.

This headline is embarrassing

Low carb does not automatically equate low fibre! Do some research before putting up misleading headlines!
