The Vice President’s support for mandatory ROTC has been met with criticism, with activist groups saying compulsory military service sends a strong message that “any dissent will be met with force.”
My expirience with ROTC in 1990, a complete waste of time. Standing in formation, marching and not learning combat. The game counterstrike and airsoft is more educational and useful in combat
